Cancellation and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

The Client should know that Spanish Legislation in its regulations Law 3/2014, of March 27, contemplates THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN.

GRAN BLANCO, S.L., guarantees the Client the possibility of canceling their reservation under the following terms:


DEADLINE TO CANCEL RESERVATIONS.

All our activities can be canceled up to 48 hours before the reserved date. We would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you have doubts about your availability. If the cancellation is made after the deadline and is due to serious or external causes, contact us so we can try to solve it.

The cancellation of dives with less than 24 hours notice will entail the payment of 100%, unless it can be occupied by another person.


REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETURN OF AMOUNTS.

We always try to maximize the cancellation period without expenses. In general; if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours in advance, it will not generate any cost, if the cancellation occurs between 24-48 hours before, 20% will be charged and if the cancellation is less than 24 hours, it will entail the payment of 90%. In the particular case of diving dives, a full refund may occur if the place can be occupied by another person.

If it is an activity reserved outside of July/August, it can be changed without cost to any other day except for the months of July/August. In special activities or for groups, particular cancellation conditions can be agreed upon.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS OR THE WEATHER IS BAD?

All activities are carried out normally throughout the year regardless of the rain. If due to extreme conditions an activity had to be canceled, an alternative date or reimbursement of the payment would be offered,

deducting only the costs of the purchase/return process if any.
