Basic breathing techniques, how to float comfortably in the water, learn about the necessary equipment (mask, snorkel, and fins), and how to use it correctly.
We will teach you how to move calmly and with control in different sea conditions, as well as how to care for the marine environment and interact with the fauna safely for you and for the fragile marine environment.
At the end of this course, you will be able to choose the equipment you need according to your personal characteristics, so that you have safety and confidence in the water.
Ideal for children and adults (minimum age 8 years), with no previous experience necessary.
