WHAT IS THE MEETING POINT FOR THE ACTIVITY?
The meeting point is at our facilities in Cabo de Palos. In the port itself, South dock, you can find us next to the church. You will see our flag waving in the arcades in front of the port and our orange semi-rigid inflatable boats.
IS IT NECESSARY TO PRINT A VOUCHER OR PROOF OF PURCHASE?
It is not essential. It is sufficient to be able to view the proof of payment in electronic format on your mobile phone, tablet or computer.
HOW CAN I LEAVE MY OPINION ABOUT AN ACTIVITY?
Our reason for being is your satisfaction. You will automatically receive a survey by email at the end of each reserved activity. Help us improve!
DO YOU DESIGN SPECIAL AND EXCLUSIVE ACTIVITIES FOR TRAVEL AGENCIES, HOTELS, ASSOCIATIONS OR OTHER GROUPS?
Planeta Azul designs, plans and develops activities in nature, sea and mountains, adjusting to the preferences and needs of the client group. Contact us and we will prepare a proposal to your liking.
DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR CIVIL SERVANTS OR OTHER GROUPS?
Get in touch with us and we will study a proposal tailored to the group you represent.
IF I BOOK SEVERAL ACTIVITIES, WILL I GET A DISCOUNT?
If you buy at least 2 activities you will have a discount code of 5% on the next activity (cannot be done in July or August).
IF WE ARE A GROUP OF FRIENDS, CAN WE GET A DISCOUNT?
If you buy 1 activity you will have the option to apply a discount code of 10% on other activities (cannot be done in July or August).
HOW CAN I SEE THE AVAILABILITY OF AN ACTIVITY?
Planeta Azul is open 365 days a year. Any of the activities we offer can be done on the day you want. Contact us at least 48 hours before making your reservation/purchase.
IS IT DONE AT CHRISTMAS OR ON HOLIDAYS?
Planeta Azul is open 365 days a year. Check availability and book as soon as possible. In high season, July/August, places tend to fill up well in advance.
IN WHAT LANGUAGES IS THE ACTIVITY AVAILABLE?
All our activities offer a monitor who speaks Spanish or English. Diving activities also include French. In any case, if another language is essential, contact us to study your request.
I AM A CERTIFIED DIVER, WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO BOOK DIVES OR COURSES?
You will need in physical format
- ID or passport
- Diving certificate
- Diving insurance
- Complete a medical questionnaire
If you have not dived for more than 1 year and have done less than 30 dives, we recommend that you let us know so that we can adequately plan your diving plan so that you have fun from the first outing.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY RESERVATIONS?
You just have to write to us by e-mail, planeta@planeta-azul.com, or WhatsApp, +34 630079587, indicate the activity you want to do, your availability and the contact method you prefer. As these are services, we recommend being able to speak by phone. We will contact you quickly.
CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?
Of course, you can contact our telephones to plan your activity on the day and time that suits you best. If you want to book diving dives we will ask you:
- How many dives have you done approximately?
- Approximate date of the last dive?
- Days, times and number of dives to book?
- Bottle size: 12-15-18 liters, does it need double taps?
- Necessary ballast: Pieces of 1/2/3 kgs?
- Do you need to rent equipment?
CAN I BOOK FOR ANOTHER PERSON?
Of course! You simply have to indicate the data of the person who will carry out the activity instead of yours. In the payment information you must indicate your data so that the transaction is completed correctly.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY RESERVATIONS?

Our website offers a very easy and intuitive booking service and allows you to make secure payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. It is also possible to pay at Planeta Azul. Your purchases do not expire.
IS THE PAYMENT SECURE?
At Planeta Azul we have a 100% secure and encrypted online payment system against fraud and unauthorized transactions, being certified as an electronic commerce.
Most likely the payment was not completed and therefore the service is not confirmed, you should make the reservation again and finalize the process. If you check that the amount has been charged to your bank, you may have entered the email incorrectly. In this case, write to us and we will help you solve it.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE THE RESERVATION AND PAY EVERYTHING AT THE DESTINATION?
Yes, it is possible and the means of payment are credit card Visa, Mastercard and American Express, debit card, cash or transfer. However, especially in the months of July/August, there is a lack of places for all those interested. For this reason, we request in certain occasions the mandatory advance payment to confirm the reservation.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF MY PURCHASE?
The confirmation email of your purchase is immediate once the payment is made. If it does not arrive, there are two possible reasons:
- That the payment has not been completed correctly. Check your bank account.
- That you have not written your email correctly. Write us an email and we will help you solve it as soon as possible.
